A uniquely interesting game so far, but the lack of story isn't exactly compelling, and there's some very frustrating and unnecessary gameplay decision choices. Such as needlessly knocking your character around the level from the wind while trying to face off against a boss. >_> The objectives aren't as clear as one would like either, which can lead to confusion and wandering around in circles while your health deteriorates overtime thanks to the 'time limit.' The game doesn't help you in any way shape or form at all for how to actually defeat bosses, it just gives the same "Study the situation carefully Raikoh!" advice OVER and OVER and OVER. Which eventually leads to looking it up online. One boss battle in particular required you to directly attack a flying centipede from the front to deal any damage, which causes you to take a direct hit every single time you strike, so you have to hang back momentarily afterwards and recover your health... They also have a tendancy to throw swarms of enemies at you that do no damage whatsoever, and simply knock your character around and stun you repeatedly simply to piss you off. The list goes on.
Overall, it's kind of fun, but I'm a bit shocked at how stupid some of the gameplay design is in some parts.
Eventually, I got rather fed up with the game for the time being and shut the game off without saving. Sadly I realized immediately after I had done this, that the game has no autosave feature, and I haven't saved once since I started, meaning that I just completed more than half the game, and now have to play the entire thing all over again.
