Finally managed to get around to picking this game up and it's actually a lot more fun than I expected. I always heard people complain about how frustrating, clunky and hard it was, but it doesn't seem to be really bothering me much at all...

Sure, the learning curve is a bit insane, but once you get the hang of it, it's one hell of an adrenaline rush pulling off strings of tate kills, which even carry over into boss fights! For those of you wondering what a "tate" is (that's TAH-TAY), your weapon basically feeds off the souls of other enemies, and freezes them momentarily in place before death, and you basically string together as many kills in a row as you can in a short time span, which increases your blades power with every enemy you strike. So yes, that's right, your goal during boss fights is to boost the power of your weapon so that you can one shot said boss after killing a large string of enemies in a row. This may *sound* easy on paper, but I assure it most definitely is not.

Another thing I'd like to note is the soundtrack. It's a mix of japanese instruments/sound effects and techno/pop stuffs. It's extremely catchy.
